I'd try GI. That does look odd to me. Typically I'd expect it to be more liquidy blood and on the outside, KWIM? Give GI a call, see what they say, if they shoot you down, call the ped
I might think this is such a large BM and you aid even bigger later...he may just be really constipated and the size of the BM is tearing him a little on the way out...but if it makes you feel better call the Ped or GI...it can't hurt to ask about it.

I agree with debbie but it's worth a call. Chewy has had some bloody poops but his were all fissures.
